Pengetahuan dan Sikap terhadap Praktik Wanita Mengenai Infeksi Saluran Kemih

Infeksi saluran kemih (ISK) merupakan salah satu infeksi bakteri paling umum di dunia, mempengaruhi jutaan wanita setiap tahun. Wanita memiliki risiko lebih tinggi karena faktor anatomis dan biologis. Tingginya angka kejadian ISK menuntut pemahaman yang baik mengenai pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik pencegahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik wanita di Mamuju mengenai ISK. Penelitian ini adalah studi observasional cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada 240 wanita di Kabupaten Mamuju. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online berisi pertanyaan karakteristik demografi, pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik mengenai ISK. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan kalkulator Raosoft dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan margin kesalahan 5–10%. Analisis statistik dilakukan untuk menilai hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan variabel demografi, dengan signifikansi p < 0,05. Mayoritas responden berusia 18–30 tahun (40,8%), belum menikah (60,8%), dan berpendidikan SMA (38,3%). Sebagian besar mengenali gejala utama ISK seperti nyeri berkemih (91,3%) dan mengetahui bakteri sebagai penyebab utama (55,4%). Sebanyak 79,2% menganggap ISK sebagai penyakit serius dan 59,6% memilih pergi ke fasilitas kesehatan untuk penanganan. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan usia, pendidikan, status perkawinan, dan keberadaan tenaga kesehatan dalam keluarga.
