Implementasi Program Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja (PIK-R) Mataram: Perspektif Siswa, Anggota PIK-R, dan Guru, Studi Kualitatif

Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan terhadap berbagai permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi, sosial, dan psikologis. Program Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja (PIK-R) dikembangkan sebagai strategi promotif dan preventif untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan reproduksi, keterampilan hidup, serta penguatan konseling sebaya. Meskipun telah banyak diimplementasikan di sekolah, bukti mengenai dinamika implementasi program dari perspektif berbagai pemangku kepentingan masih terbatas. Mengeksplorasi implementasi Program PIK-R dari perspektif siswa, anggota PIK-R, pembina, dan pelatih di SMAN 3 Kota Mataram. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Partisipan terdiri atas enam informan yang meliputi dua anggota aktif PIK-R, dua siswa nonanggota, satu pembina, dan satu pelatih yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis tematik Braun dan Clarke. Penelitian menghasilkan lima tema utama yaitu: (1) PIK-R sebagai wadah pengembangan karakter dan literasi remaja; (2) legitimasi sosial yang kuat namun berbasis simbolik; (3) implementation gap pada layanan konseling sebaya; (4) hambatan struktural dan tantangan keberlanjutan program; serta (5) orientasi transformasi menuju dampak kolektif. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa PIK-R telah memperoleh legitimasi sosial yang kuat di lingkungan sekolah, namun masih berada pada fase institusionalisasi menuju layanan konseling sebaya yang terstruktur, profesional, dan inklusif. PIK-R memiliki potensi besar sebagai sistem dukungan sosial berbasis sebaya dalam meningkatkan kesehatan remaja.
