Transformasi Layanan Bimbingan Konseling Era Society 5.0: Integrasi AI dan Humanistik Kultural

Transformasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling pada era Society 5.0 menuntut konselor mampu memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan tanpa menghilangkan nilai kemanusiaan dan kepekaan budaya. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis integrasi kecerdasan buatan dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling dengan pendekatan humanistik-kultural. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dengan menelusuri artikel jurnal yang bersumber dari Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, Taylor & Francis, dan DOAJ. Artikel yang digunakan dibatasi pada publikasi tahun 2020–2025. Kata kunci pencarian meliputi “artificial intelligence in counseling”, “digital counseling”, “guidance and counseling”, “Society 5.0”, “counseling ethics”, “humanistic counseling”, dan “cultural counseling”. Artikel ditelaah melalui tahapan identifikasi, seleksi berdasarkan relevansi judul dan abstrak, pembacaan teks lengkap, analisis isi, serta sintesis tematik sesuai fokus kajian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan buatan dapat membantu layanan bimbingan dan konseling melalui asesmen awal, pemetaan kebutuhan peserta didik, pengelolaan data, layanan informasi, serta perluasan akses konseling. Namun, pemanfaatannya masih menghadapi tantangan berupa kerahasiaan data, bias algoritma, keterbatasan empati, kesenjangan digital, dan risiko berkurangnya relasi terapeutik. Pembahasan menegaskan bahwa teknologi harus ditempatkan sebagai alat bantu, bukan pengganti konselor. Pendekatan humanistik-kultural diperlukan agar layanan tetap berpusat pada individu, menghargai martabat manusia, serta selaras dengan nilai budaya klien. Simpulan artikel ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi kecerdasan buatan dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling perlu dikembangkan secara etis, humanis, dan sensitif budaya.
