Gambaran Beban Family Caregiver dalam Perawatan Pasien dengan Penyakit Kronis Disertai Disabilitas Fisik. Peningkatan prevalensi penyakit kronis yang disertai disabilitas fisik meningkatkan kebutuhan perawatan jangka panjang di rumah dan menempatkan family caregiver sebagai penopang utama keberlanjutan perawatan pasien. Peran ini berpotensi menimbulkan beban fisik, psikologis, finansial, dan sosial yang dapat memengaruhi kualitas hidup caregiver serta mutu perawatan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan beban yang dialami family caregiver dalam merawat pasien dengan penyakit kronis disertai disabilitas fisik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Partisipan berjumlah enam family caregiver yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling di wilayah Puskesmas Bantul 1, Banguntapan 1, dan Bambanglipuro. Jumlah partisipan ditetapkan karena data telah mencapai saturasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan thematic analysis. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi empat tema utama, yaitu beban fisik, psikologis, finansial, dan sosial caregiver. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peran family caregiver bersifat kompleks dan menimbulkan beban multidimensi.
