Model Inovatif Integrasi Nursepreneurship dan Keperawatan Komunitas Berbasis Society 6.0 (A Scopus Systematic Literature Review)

Era Transformasi Digital 6.0 menghadirkan pendekatan kognitif mandiri yang menekankan kesejahteraan manusia dengan menggabungkan teknologi baru. Tujuan artikel ini adalah menganalisis kombinasi nursepreneurship, keperawatan komunitas, dan inovasi layanan kesehatan dalam tren global. Metode penelitian menggunakan protokol PRISMA database Scopus, PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar periode tahun 2021-2026, dari 790 artikel filtering menjadi 35 artikel dengan kata kunci; “nursepreneurship” AND “community”, “nursing entrepreneurship model”, “community-based healthcare innovation” telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan thematic synthesis. Hasil analisisnya menggabungkan teknologi AI kognitif, Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), dan sistem imersif sebagai model layanan prediktif untuk transisi dari perawatan klinis ke perawatan di rumah. Model bisnis keperawatan digital, dalam praktik mandiri berbasis pemantauan jarak jauh dan platform pendidikan virtual, terbukti mampu meningkatkan cakupan layanan dan mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional pelayanan masyarakat. Tantangan yang perlu diperhatikan adalah keamanan siber, rendahnya pemahaman digital perawat, dan risiko hilangnya empati yang mungkin terjadi dalam penerapan teknologi ini.
