Eksplorasi Stigmatisasi dan Kesejahteraan Orang Dengan Penyakit Mental (ODPM) melalui Inklusivitas, Higienitas dan Dukungan Komunitas pada Masyarakat

Orang dengan penyakit mental (ODPM) sering menghadapi stigma yang menurunkan kualitas hidup, membatasi akses layanan kesehatan, dan mengurangi dukungan komunitas. Peningkatan inklusivitas, higienitas, dan dukungan komunitas sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pengalaman stigmatisasi serta strategi untuk mendorong inklusivitas, higienitas, dan dukungan komunitas guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan ODPM di Desa Du. Penelitian kualitatif dengan desain Participatory Action Research (PAR) dilakukan dengan melibatkan ODPM, keluarga, tokoh masyarakat, dan tenaga kesehatan. Data dikumpulkan melalui focus group discussion (FGD), wawancara mendalam, dan observasi komunitas. Data dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi tema utama dan divalidasi melalui member checking. Penelitian menemukan empat tema utama: (1) Stigma dan Eksklusi sosial, (2) Higienitas sebagai tantangan sekaligus peluang keterlibatan komunitas, (3) Dukungan Komunitas sebagai Katalis Kesejahteraan, dan (4) Perubahan Sikap melalui intervensi komunitas. Pengembangan modul intervensi berbasis komunitas membantu meningkatkan kesadaran serta memperkuat dukungan sosial bagi ODPM. Mengatasi stigma melalui inklusivitas, meningkatkan higienitas, dan mendorong dukungan komunitas merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ODPM.
