Systematic Review: Efektivitas Program Inovasi Pelayanan Stroke terhadap Kepuasan Keluarga Pasien di Rumah Sakit

Inovasi pelayanan stroke berkembang pesat dalam satu dekade terakhir untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, efisiensi sistem, serta pengalaman pasien dan keluarga. Kepuasan keluarga menjadi indikator penting dalam evaluasi mutu pelayanan stroke berbasis patient- and family-centered care. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis berbagai bentuk inovasi pelayanan stroke di rumah sakit serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasan keluarga/caregiver. Literature review ini dilakukan dengan menelusuri artikel ilmiah dari ScienceDirect, PubMed, dan Sage dalam rentang waktu 2015–2025. Strategi pencarian menggunakan kombinasi kata kunci terkait pelayanan stroke, kepuasan keluarga, dan inovasi. Kriteria inklusi meliputi artikel penelitian asli dengan desain kuantitatif atau mixed-method, membahas inovasi pelayanan stroke di rumah sakit, serta mengukur kepuasan keluarga sebagai outcome. Proses seleksi dilakukan melalui identifikasi, penyaringan, dan telaah teks lengkap. Delapan artikel memenuhi kriteria. Inovasi meliputi telestroke, telerehabilitasi, mobile stroke unit, integrated stroke ward, high-quality nursing, dan sistem peningkatan mutu berbasis kinerja. Inovasi tersebut terbukti meningkatkan kepuasan keluarga melalui percepatan respons, peningkatan koordinasi multidisiplin, kontinuitas perawatan, dan komunikasi efektif. Beberapa studi juga menunjukkan penurunan lama rawat inap serta perbaikan luaran klinis. Inovasi pelayanan stroke yang terintegrasi dan berbasis teknologi berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan keluarga secara menyeluruh.
