Abstract

Kanker serviks masih menjadi penyebab utama kematian pada perempuan di negara berkembang dan dapat dicegah melalui deteksi dini menggunakan Inspeksi Visual dengan Asam Asetat (IVA). Cakupan pemeriksaan IVA di Indonesia masih rendah, menunjukkan bahwa faktor psikososial berperan krusial dalam perilaku pencarian layanan kesehatan wanita usia subur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara sistematis faktor psikososial yang memengaruhi perilaku pemeriksaan IVA pada wanita usia subur berdasarkan Health Belief Model (HBM). Pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) mengikuti panduan PRISMA 2020 diterapkan pada empat database utama. Dari 789 artikel yang teridentifikasi, delapan artikel yang dipublikasikan tahun 2021–2025 memenuhi seluruh kriteria inklusi. Penilaian kualitas menggunakan Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tools (skor 6–8). Sintesis tematik mengidentifikasi enam komponen HBM: perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, self-efficacy, dan cues to action. Persepsi hambatan merupakan prediktor negatif dominan, sedangkan pengetahuan yang baik, sikap positif, dan konseling tenaga kesehatan menjadi fasilitator terkuat partisipasi IVA.
