The Development of Research on the Online Practice of Mindfulness among Adolescents: A Bibliometric Analysis

The ability of mindfulness to improve mental health and lower stress levels has drawn more attention in recent years. Online mindfulness practices have grown in popularity thanks to the development of digital technology, which has increased accessibility to mindfulness training for a wide range of people. This study aims to analyze the research landscape of online mindfulness practices through bibliometric methods. Using a comprehensive data set retrieved from major academic databases, the study examines key trends, influential publications, occurrence networks, and trend topic research clusters in this domain. The analysis highlights the rapid growth of interest in online mindfulness, particularly in the context of mental health interventions, education, and workplace wellness programs. Key themes identified include the effectiveness of online mindfulness interventions, user engagement, technological innovations, and challenges in virtual delivery.
